"We bought two small potted trees here, a laurel and a thuja. With suitable light, careful watering, and a little compost now and then, they continued to degrade from the day we bought them. After a year, we decided to try repotting them to save their lives. That's when we discovered they had been potted by Venture Out with their root balls still tightly wrapped in burlap and plastic twine! The laurel is slowly recovering, but the thuja is brown and dead."
