"Amazing shop!! I had a day of delivery and the florist (I think her name was Laura?) was so incredibly helpful. She helped me pick out a plant over the phone, then went above and beyond to deliver it! My mom loved her plant and even noted how nice the florist (she personally delivered on her way home) was and that she even called later to give the care instructions! My new go-to Seattle florist!!!"

"Totally awesome customer service and an incredibly beautiful delivery! I reached out to inquire about having a blue hydrangea plant (that could be put in the ground) delivered. While none were immediately available, the kind woman on the phone said she would ask her boss (the owner) to see if she could find one. Not only did they find one, but they found one just as we had hoped- one that was already blue. We were giving as a condolence gift to honor someone's Dad who had recently passed, and wanted it to be blue before it went into the ground for planting. I inquired if a while pot could be used instead of dark green, and they accommodated that as well. The recipient sent us a pic back to say thank you and it was a totally stunning hydrangea and beautiful pot! So perfect. We so appreciate the level of effort put forth here! We look forward to working with Hansen's again and highly recommend them. Thank you again for such a great customer experience!"
