"I got flowers here for my wedding in July. I ordered the flowers wholesale and arranged them myself with the help of my family. The employees were so kind and helpful, I explained my vision, they understood and had so many great recommendations for flowers that fit my theme. All of the flowers arrived on time and looked incredible. They helped us load them into the car and gave us tips for traveling with the flowers (our wedding was out of town). Flowers were such an important part of my big day and they truly helped make my dream come true! They are amazing, I can't recommend them enough!"

I ordered flowers through a flower broker (don't ever use send flowers .com) and they scammed me out of my money and never delivered the flowers for my best friends birthday who lives in WA. As the clock was winding down on her birthday, about noon, I called local flower shops in her area to see if send flowers. com had brokered the order to them, most shops were closed by then since it was Sunday and I was disappointed to say the least thinking I dropped the ball on my bestie's special day. I ended up calling Fifi's and spoke to Randy -he was so sympathetic & warm that I ended up ordering flowers from them because they could deliver it same day! Randy assured me he would make the bouquet himself and it was stunning from the pictures my bestie sent me! Randy, thank you so much for coming through for me! Sending love from California!"
