"What a great shop! I walked in to order flowers day of, and the florists were super helpful in making a beautiful cut arrangement with local dahlias and fresh roses. The store is beautifully set up with lots of potted plants on display. Will definitely be back here soon!"

"I ordered a specific birthday arrangement over the phone and a different arrangement was delivered. I was to receive an email to confirm the order and never received one. When I called to state that the wrong arrangement was sent, they stated they don't always have the flowers needed. I would have been OK with this if I had received a phone call or email to problem solve something different. But never had any communication. I wouldn't have know but my friend sent me a thank you with a photo of the flowers. This is how I knew it was wrong. I ordered a bright cheerful birthday arrangement for a friend and got a thanksgiving fall type arrangement. The flowers were pretty but not what was ordered. They were quite different. There was no communication. They stated they would correct the error and send the correct arrangement. They never did nor did they comp me for the flowers as would be expected for poor service. Will not use them in the future."

"Best possible customer service experience. Can not be topped! Called late in the afternoon for an order AND delivery. They were understanding as to the short notice, willing to build from scratch for a specific event, and had it delivered before close of day, no special fees or costs. The receiver both called and emailed me to tell me how absolutely gorgeous the arrangement was. Whenever I need flowers on Bainbridge, Flowers Around will be the first and only florist I call."

"I went to Flowering Around because they came recommend by a local venue. Their shop is adorable and the person we met with to discuss wedding flowers was super nice. We talked for an hour or so figuring out a vision together. I had print outs of things i liked and didnt like. I felt fine leaving it to them to put it all together. Day of wedding i was dismayed to find that they had completely ignored our entire conversation. The colors were off and they used flowers that I had specifically made clear that i did not like. I was very disappointed, luckily the rest of the wedding was perfect."
