"They absolutely need to rethink their decision regarding the quality of personel they have staffed as the customers first point of contact and representative for their company. The woman that answered the phone was very rude and clearly lacked any type of phone manners! She cut me off during my question to her saying she knew nothing of what the company was currently buying and that i would have to talk to Jim and then quickly hung up on me! I will not be doing business anytime soon with a company that would condone this type of customer service!"
