"So after our first time there wasn’t met with a super friendly lady, maybe the owner, but decided to give it one more shot....both times I expressed how I wanted our dog cut and this time was even more worse than the first....it didn’t even look like the same damn dog that we brought in. Almost completely shaved- she’s a golden doodle!!!! Needless to say after two rude encounters and not getting what we asked for and paid for we will never be coming back."
