Our path to building a pool was a long and complicated one and the people at Neptune (Chad, Jacob, Kevin) hung in, and worked with us the whole way through. Their communication was honest, organized, direct and they had excellent follow through. The project was well executed and on-time from beginning to end. They also stayed in communication post project as well. If you are planning on building a pool in the Portland metro area Neptune is a great company."

"I have had the BEST experience with Neptune Swimming Pools. I"m a first-time pool owner and am extremely happy I left the entire project in their hands. From start to finish, they looked after me at kept me in the loop with as much as I wanted to know. They worked hand-in-hand with a fantastic landscape/hardscape designer, who in turn kept me as involved as I wished to be (sometimes I didn't want to be involved, I just wanted someone to make the best decisions for me!). My pool is now three summers old - and I couldn't be happier with it. My family LOVES the pool and I love the diving board :). They perform maintenance on the pool because I don't trust myself to do it correctly and they are always responsive if there is a problem. The weekly services in the summer I look forward to (they take extra care of my pool and work around my family and dog whenever they can). They encourage me to ask questions and always take the time to explain. I'm SO happy with my pool and the aftercare (and my neighbors are happy, as well!)."
