"Great gym, love the racquet ball courts and sauna. Community there is fun and uplifting Pool is down and has been for a several months. A bit pricy especially for not being able to use the pool. Initial and annual fee seems a bit ridiculous…."

"The gym is not clean. The bathroom showers have a layer of dust that probably hasn’t been cleaned in a year. The use of any cleaning products is never smelled. The floors in the bathrooms have a dull sheen and often areas that have scum are found time and time again as I visited the gym throughout the month. The swimming pool has been ridiculously prolonged. For the extra fee that I paid for maintenance I would love to know where that money goes. He sauna floor is lumpy and broken down. The month I signed up walking into the gym you could smell a stench of sweat in the main gym. I wonder how often the equipment is disinfected. Someone I. This place needs to find a professional cleaning service and I guarantee your business will increase. Poor management."

"Used to be great gym. This is my third year with them. I’ve got a membership specifically for pool jacuzzi and sauna. Since last year they shut down jacuzzi and shortly after shut down a pool. It seams they don’t plan to fix it. On all questions about re opening they only said “we don’t know “ So I have to find new gym for myself. BTW Salmon Creek location shut down their pool too."

"I was turned away from touring the gym, I was told I was unable to join the gym or use my free pass all via the General Manager, Jordan Schreib*r, who let me know it was at his discretion who got to join his location. He was very annoyed that I walked in without an appointment to use my free pass and let me know the standard was to be invited. He then snatched my hand very hard which was very jolting. He told me I was unable to view or use the facility. It wasn’t bad customer service it was very scary customer service. He made me feel very unsafe. He was beyond discriminatory and very aggressive. He also told me he has no superiors and there is absolutely no one I could speak to aside from him. This is untrue and it was confirmed via the location I joined. I was able to join the Hazel Dell La Fitness with no issue at all. I have been pursuing further action too so hopefully no other women have to experience this. Save yourself the trip and join Hazel Dell location or another gym altogether. That guy is a CREEP."
