"Kass has been fantastic with my own animal’s grooming needs over the years in addition she donates her time to our rescue, HappyTailsHappyHomes, She helps us rehabilitate some of our worse case neglected/horded/abused dogs back to an acceptable appearance so they can be taken care of in a foster home, until they are healthy & can be adopted into a safe loving fur ever home! And we have rescued some very sad looking dogs over the years. So if her prices have increased a bit over the past year I am certain her overhead has as well !"

When I first moved to washington cass was an awesome individual to take my German Shepherd to BUT over the course of a years time cass has been up down an all around with her attitude an pricing. It started out at 45.00 per grooming an then it went up to 50 an then the last go around she told me 55 when I picked my German shepherd up. So I will NOT be returning after going to her for a year. *****original review***** originally had a 5 star review***** Hands down an over all amazing grooming experience. Will be returning."

"Kass is excellent, though I agree she is hard to reach on the phone. My dog was terrified of having his feet touched and after trying several groomers, the vet, with muzzling, and even heavy sedation we finally had luck with Critter Clips. He is a very anxious dog and still has a hard time at the vet and the kennel, but Kass at Critter Clips he happily trusts. She took the time to create a calm and low key environment for him before doing any work. She allows us to stop by monthly for a free nail trim in between grooming appointments."
