"The employees are friendly and eager to help so I had high expectations with their service. unfortunately, I was rather disappointed with their carpet cleaner rental. I rented the Bissell Little Green Pro and bought a bottle of bissell shampoo as well. Brought it home and the moment I turned the machine on, it was dripping water constantly ( It is supposed to only spray water when you hold the button). I brought the machine back and told them I could not clean anything since the machine is making everything so wet. And the employee processed my deposit without the refunding the rental cost. I was so surprised. After a bit of back and forth , I managed to get part of my rental cost back. It's also disappointing because I rented the Big Green machine from them a few weeks earlier and its dirty water leaked on the carpet in the new nursery that I was trying to clean. So I was renting the Little Green to fix that mess ( which did not work anyway ) . So go rent elsewhere or get them to test the equipment before you check out (if possible)."
