"This tax season was one only depicted in a horror movie. My husband and I turned to Jackson Hewitt to aid in filling an amended return. We called Jackson Hewitt and scheduled an appointment. The appointment was rescheduled 3 times before being canceled. We called again to schedule a virtual appointment. We waited for our phone interview after 15 minutes had passed I called and spoke with a man who didn’t provide his name to tell me he doesn’t have time or do virtual appointments and I would need to call again and request an appointment for Monday. He then shared he only does in person appointments and that he wouldn’t have time for us today so we need to call back on Monday for an appointment."
