"Wow! What a great experience! I dropped my paperwork off, expecting to wait weeks for a response, (because that's how it was with a previous tax filing agency). I had only been out of the office about half an hour, when they called, and said they could see me the next day, and get my files sent. The gentleman I worked with, was Super knowledgeable, and had my return ready while I was in the office! This is SO much better than the 4-6 week wait time, I had previously experienced!
