"I called to make an appointment. 1) No identification this was a Pool an Spa Service. 2) Gruffly told: "I'm busy" 3) Offered to leave my name and number- response: "I've got it on my phone...will call you later"....new day. Please don't trouble yourself. Learn how to use your phone as a business tool."

"As far as I know, the service was fine enough. It's the billing practice and completely unprofessional manner in which he handled a billing inquiry that would cause me never to use this business again. Prior to H to C repairing a heater in our hot tub, the property management company that takes care of our house in Seaside asked for an estimate. H to C came to fix to the heater, and as far as I know, it now works. But when the bill came, the labor cost was higher than estimated, and in addition, there was a $60 charge to refill the tub. The management company asked about the additional charges, particularly the water fill charge since it had not been part of the estimate. Rather than explain what happened, H to C went completely off the deep end, huffing in an email that he'll credit back the overages and "Don't ever call me for service again as I don't like working for free." No one asked you to work for free. What we wanted was an explanation. Completely unprofessional business response."

"Had a great response from Hood to Coast with my Spa, always there when I needed them. They have helped me over the phone and in person, helping me repair/restore a tub I got from a family member. This tub was in bad shape when I got it, got it running, and now it's almost done. I have a few more things to do to it before it's perfect. I would recommend this business to anyone."

"On August 25th 2017 about 7pm. I was driving with my family home from the coast on hwy 26 heading east to portland. We has the pleasure of their company truck passing us. Normally I wouldnt be bothered by this. But when we were passed. It was not a passing lane. The group of cars we were in were all doing about 65mph. When the truck passed us. They were not able to make it passed everyone. So we were forced to step on our brakes to make room for them the pull in front of us because of oncoming traffic. They were being very careless while driving. When I sent a text to the number on the truck asking if it was a cell phone. They replied yes. When i acked if they were the ones drive that truck. They never responded. Dont use Hood to Coast. If this is how they drive. Keep them off the road."
