Olin Fields Apartments

"Olin fields is well worth the money. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The entire place is kept very clean other than the dumpsters being full. I definitely feel like I get the most bang for my buck here. Highly Recommend."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE I’ve had a literal bag of human waste sit outside my door for over a week while constantly calling the office about it. I’ve also had a non working garbage disposal for over a week. They do not care about residents or the state of the apartments. Trash constantly sitting outside. Constant homeless people smoking fentanyl. Just overall bad place to live."

"Applied here a few weeks ago and Kivyal the leasing agent there is outstanding. She went above and beyond for each of my concerns. Best leasing agent to work with to meet your standards and to pull together what you’re looking for. Quite a bit of the place is being renovated but the complex seems to be pretty well maintained and they’re turning it to be a gated community which is very nice considering the area."

"The best company to take care of this apartment complex. They are adding gates in. I have lived here for four years now and asked for gates over and over. Because we were and are getting break ins and windows of cars broken. Finally! They are making these apartments look better and feel safer. They also are here to help in anyway they can. All I can say is the apartments are getting better and that makes you want to live here longer. It feels like home. Patricia is at the front desk in the office. She is so nice and understanding. She always is there to help and get the answers you need. Patricia is a keeper. She is always smiling. The only downside is that the indoor hot tub and pool has been down since before Covid. They did fix the outdoor pool. But it would be nice to have the hot tub because that was one of the reasons I wanted to live here in the first place was the indoor hot tub and indoor pool. The residents that live here are either friendly or just keep to them selves. Which works for me. The little ponds around the apartments is so zen. Another reason why I wanted to live here. The whole apartment complex makes you feel like you are not in the city. Which is a reason why I wanted to live here. I live by the park and it’s nice but there is a area that is empty because there used to be two playgrounds. Just an idea, if they could put grass maybe there. A lot of the kids play soccer there. It’s bark now or put something. I give this apartment complex a five because of staff and because of the complex."
