"I don’t really move in to the place, but I want to give this place a good review because of how helpful Nevaeh was with application. Their process are seamless, quick and easy. They responded fast with all questions. I can imagine that they will try to help you with whatever you need when you live there and they make an afford to improve. The only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars is because they charged some sort of non refundable fee that would also be holding deposit when applying so I’m not sure if you will get that money back if you are denied or cancel application before you get final approval. If you plan to apply, you should ask them about this to make sure."

"The apartments and community is pretty nice, management is pretty decent there have been some issues with the office being closed but I don't blame that on them. I would say just be aware of who you are moving in with if you're getting added on to a lease so you can get into the Resident portal on the in case someone didn't pay their portion. Make sure they make you coheads, and establish before hand either getting your own food or going half in and make sure everyone keeps up on it."

"I really enjoy living here. Their newly renovated apartments are super nice--very neutral color palette so it goes with just about anything. I really enjoy the laminate flooring, I have two dogs so the clean up is very easy when it's wet outside. Maintenance is great--anytime there was any issue, they would come the same day and get it fixed which I appreciate a lot! The office staff is very helpful and always was able to provide me with answers with quick turnaround time. It's also very close to just about anything. And they have security after hours which is also nice about this complex. I would definitely check this place out. I moved here from PA and it's a nice home away from home."
