"Avalon North Creeks staff is absolutely TOP notch. We move in Saturday to a 2 bed 2 bath unit, and everything was very smooth to start. But, when we toured our unit and got keys (after we had already signed the lease and paid deposit) we found it was an ADA unit which we were not aware of, and we didn't feel comfortable taking. We decided to see if there was anything that could be done. Anita understood the situation immediately and diligently worked with me to get us into a different unit TWO days before our move in. It was an incredibly stressful last minute situation as we had everything lined up for our previous unit, but I cannot thank Anita enough for emailing back and forth, making calls, and getting a unit ready in 2 days for us as well as going through (a very last minute) leasing process all over again. She was so incredibly helpful. I am thankful to live here where the staff listens and works with you. Cannot wait to move in, and big shoutout to Anita for being the best leading staff I've encountered!"

"Avalon north creek is by far the best apartment to live in north creek. Moved in December so got best deal on the rent. The staff is so good and efficient. But the best part is about the maintenance staff. Any issues small or big get fixed within a day. They are very talented handymen. I’d like to appreciate both Jerry and Marvin for their help to fix the patio. No need to think twice to choose Avalon north creek as your next home."

"I can't say enough good things about Marvin, the maintenance superstar at Avalon North Creek. He is the best guy on the maintenance team and really makes life here so much better. Marvin is kind, warm-hearted, and hard working. No matter what the issue - from clogged sinks to broken appliances - he arrives quickly and resolves it with a smile. He truly cares about the residents and wants to make sure we are happy living here. His friendly demeanor have made me want to continue my lease at Avalon North Creek. He is the type of employee who binds the community together through his diligent work and caring personality. I couldn't give higher praise to Marvin - he is simply the best!"

"I spent hours over several days thoroughly deep cleaning the apartment after we had moved everything out (left it FAR cleaner than when we moved in, not to mention there were items left from previous tenants that we removed) only to receive a $322 bill for cleaning services. We overlooked them charging us pet rent for over 9 months for our ESA before they finally refunded us, tolerated the lack of cleaning in the entryways and stairwells and the dog poop in the pet areas, kids repeatedly opening gates to the dog parks and almost letting our dog out, let go the $500+ rent increase for our lease renewal and the difficulty returning keys to finalize our move out, but after receiving this bill I feel I need to leave a review. It has potential to be an incredible apartment complex but unfortunately fell short."
