"I don’t often fill out reviews but if anyone is looking for care for their furry loved one definitely check out happy tails animal Hospital. What I really liked is that the veterinarian owns her own practice so the likelihood of your animal animal being able to see the same doctor each time is extremely high, and you know she’ll care about everything that goes on. The staff was very friendly and knew what they were doing and I was charged exactly what I was quoted when I called earlier in the week. They were even able to get him in very quickly within two days of calling because of the concerning symptoms that were not quite at an emergency level, but nevertheless, I wanted him to be seen quickly. He has been very grumpy at the vet lately and this was the lowest stress experience he’s had in a while. Dr. Mann was calm and seemed to really care about my cat and the clinic was welcoming, and seemed as stress-free as possible for the animals."

"This is a great vet. It is clean and all the workers are really nice and knowledgeable. They called and checked up on my pup multiple times just to see how he was doing in the weeks following our appointment. They even went out of their way to get my kid his favorite candy to make sure it's in their lobby when we come in next. I would recommend Happy Tails if you're local and looking for a vet."

"From the moment making the call in to schedule an appointment I knew this was the place! Everyone was so helpful, kind and heart warming to the situation my family and I were going through. I can’t thank the staff enough for their professionalism! Kiersten, Dr. Mann went above and beyond! All staff members were amazing! "I called here when I couldn't get into my regular vet on a Saturday. I explained what was wrong and they made time to get us in asap so she wouldn't have to suffer through the weekend. Everyone was so friendly and caring with my girl. I was surprised how they called to check in on her after one visit. I needed to go back several times as they treated her while trying to figure out what was going on. Each time was exceptional service. They all seemed concerned about my girl and did everything they could to get her comfortable while she recovered. They called frequently to check in and offer advice on next steps. I still haven’t heard back from my regular vet which is disheartening given how long we have been with them. We are looking to switch going forward. This is a little out of the way for us but worth it. My little girl is scared of everything and the team at Happy Tails did all they could to comfort her and give her loving care. "Almost a month since we said goodbye to you and today we got to bring you home. Thank you to Dr. Mann for helping us to make one of the hardest decisions. Happy Tails kept the doors open after my husband and I got stuck in more than an hours worth of traffic. They did everything in their power to help our little girl be comfortable while she crossed the rainbow road.
