"Been living here for about two years. At first these apartments were great but slowly over time they made it hard for people to enjoy the amenities. They also inflated the price for parking, without giving people an alternative option during office hours. When we renewed our lease the second year office staff made multiple mistakes during the process which was super frustrating. Lately we’ve also had multiple packages stolen and the office has done nothing to help track down who might’ve done so, which is super disappointing and has left us deciding to not renew our lease here in June. If you consider moving here please be aware of some of these issues. I would advise to keep looking before committing to this apartment complex."

"I had a fantastic experience with the leasing office. The staff was attentive, answered all my questions, and made the entire process of looking for a new home stemless. The property tour was thorough, showcasing the well-maintained facilities. Overall, their professionalism and friendliness made me want to be part of the community. "We lived at Kinect for a year. Natalie is the best part about this community - she is friendly, helpful, and professional. Nubia is fine, but she's so obviously overworked, and it impacts her ability to provide an above average resident experience. The rent is too high for what you get in return: $2100+ for a 550 sq ft apartment is absurd. You're better off paying a mortgage. The appliances are cheap, the walls are thin, and the garbage chute was always broken, so people would just stack their trash in the trash room instead. The gates to the parking garage are broken more than they're functional. There is no guest parking, and it's an additional $100-$200 to secure 1-2 parking spots (there is no transparency to these additional fees, and we weren't notified until we were in the process of signing our lease.) The electric door lock is unreliable, as we were locked out on more than one occasion and feeling like you can't guarantee you could easily access your home is not something anyone should have to experience. There's an alarm that goes off at all hours of the night and it seems to be completely spontaneous - you might not hear it for weeks, or you'll hear it 3 or more times in as many days. Either way, you have no other option but to evacuate the building for 30-60 minutes until the fire department comes and confirms that someone left a hot pocket in the microwave for too long, which sets off the security system in the entire building. The maintenance guys are great, but considering the price and other complexes in the area, you can do better."

"We were looking for a great, safe environment for our future home. We did a tour with Natalie and she is one of nicest, down to earth, made you feel at home kind of person. She literally sold us on this property just by her passion and her proud to represent this complex attitude. It felt like home and that’s what is most important when looking for a home. We loved the gym, the coffee bar, and business center and layout. Very impressive. Thank you Natalie for making us feel welcome."

"I recently stopped by for a tour, and Natalie was the best. She was seriously amazing!! She walked me through everything, answered my 1,000 questions and made me feel super comfortable. It's sad, but I've never walked into a leasing office that made me feel comfortable for asking questions before. My experience was so positive, and the apartments are gorgeous and seem to be well maintained. You definitely get your moneys worth!"
