Tivalli Apartments

"Before buying our forever home, we were renters through Tivali apartments in Lynnwood, WA. We overall loved living there and were always accommodated if we ever had any maintenance issues. Management was also always very helpful, polite and made our living experience there nice and easy. We tell friends and others looking to rent about Tivali. For rates these days, they’re reasonable. Close to shopping, bus line and freeways."

"As a long time resident of Tivalli, I can say that this last year has been the worst of all my time here. The previous management was responsive and actually resolved issues. My car has been broken into and damaged while in a parking garage I pay $$$$$ for and management refuses to hire a security service or add cameras to address this problem which has been ongoing and getting worse on our property since the summer. Others have had their cars broken into and stolen. Police are on site on a regular basis for theft, vandalism and drug use. The rents and additional costs have increased steadily while the security has gone drastically down. Would not recommend, especially with many other options now available in this neighborhood. Sad to share this because we loved it when we moved in years ago, but management doesn't care to fix any of these problems."

"Our car has been broken into multiple times and stolen. If you look at any other review on here about stolen cars they claim they “try their best” and “want safe living spaces for all residents”. Yet refuse to put up cameras or do anything for the safety of their tenants. Seems like car problems at this location have been a 5+ year occurrence. They have 1 camera on the side of the office building that we were told wasn’t a camera? They advertise when signing your lease that security drives around frequently, yet when you go to tell them about your car they claim it’s a “volunteer security”. First time our car was stolen, 5+ other car windows were broken into that night. If you have endless amount of money to put towards fixing your cars, windows, stolen items etc into a place you pay $2,000+ then this is a place for you."
