"We switched from Urban Animal to Jet City ~2 yrs ago and they have been incredible. We have a senior black lab who sometimes has urgent issues arise that would not be considered urgent for a younger dog; despite staffing challenges etc. hitting the veterinary industry since 2020 they have never taken more than 24 hours to accommodate us for urgent issues. Absolutely fantastic, patient and professional staff. Experienced with pet insurance, tech savvy for invoices/communications (texts, emails, etc.) and above and beyond in terms of accommodating urgent issues. Highly recommend."
