"Get ready to be treated like you are VIP! I went to H&R Block in federal way to have my taxes done they not only messed up my appointment but also forgot to do them after 3 days of no contact from them I decided to call around. I called Liberty and Jennifer answered. She was wonderful she scheduled me in the same day with Vicky. When I arrived Vicky was waiting for me. I felt so valued and taken care of. "The best place to do your tax. I would give 10 stars if I can just for professional job these people do. Beside the professionalism they are very nice and helpful stuff especially Jennifer. Jennifer will really take her time to explain everything that you should know before she finish filing your tax. I love how they manage your appointment time (They invite me in 15 minutes before my scheduled time) I highly recommended this place.
