"I have gone to Debra Leingang in Federal Way for the past 2 years now and I really have to say she is such a disappointment. She does not explain anything and expects you to know what certain charges are and why. I recently bought a home and wanted to meet with her directly (instead of dropping off my ppwk) to discuss how buying a home affects my taxes. Debra acted like she was too busy and rushed to explain anything to me. Also the way she talks down to customers is absurd. Paid them $190 to do my taxes when I could have done then way better myself. I will not be coming back here. Debra is terrible."
"The staff was very nice and helpful. That is the only reason that im giving a 2 star review. When you book the appointment on the website, opposite of what they claim, the pricing is not transparent AT ALL!!!! Expected to pay 80$. Final price came out 5-6x that."
