"Extremely poor quality photos. Combative owner. Buyer beware! Requested photos with visible arms and hands and was told that would cost extra per pose. The background used was white and they had the printer color adjust all photos to equal a pure white background, which caused extremely pale faces and bodies with invisible body parts. Color saturation, clarity and perspective was laughable; my daughter is 5ft 9in and looks short, blood red outfit was an odd pale redish. After being verbally attacked, slamming her look book down on her desk and telling me, you get what you pay for and I got a discounted price through my group so I should be happy with what I received. She reluctantly reprinted my my photos; with zero improvement in quality. Resigned to the fact that wasted money and poor quality pictures was better than having to deal with this business ever again. I wish I could attach my photos for reference, but I do not own the legal rights to do so."
