Reviews of Green Lake Community Center
"So great! The staff was so kind and friendly to my LO. He asked if they could turn the ceiling fan on and they did. The toddler play area was fun."
"It's great that they're not tearing down this place and building a brand new one. The building is cute and has it's historical meaning. it works fine. The budget can be spend on something more meaningful."
"Very nice programs in this center especially towards the toddlers! I really appreciate its toddler playroom to help the little one socialize and have fun during the rigid gloom weather context ! I hope the community center near us have the similar programs too"
"Even though it's an older building, the experience is great with a toddler room, drop-in activities, classes and specialty camp for kids. There will be more classes in the fall. The Center Is in Green Lake Park which is a great place to spend the day. Easy access via public transportation."
"Outside Basketball court is slanted. Staff inside is rude. Place needs to be tore down & rebuilt. The "Mens" shower is a open prison stall. Open door where anybody could just walk in. There's a condom dispenser next to the sink. I would not bring your kids here, it's a issue that seriously needs to be addressed. "Mayor" Ed Murray was a representative of the the "Green Lake/Capital Hill area. I've never seen a "COMMUNITY CENTER" like this. Shame, because a lot of people come up to this area."
