"Renata is horrible to work with - she truly does not care about the work that is done and is a completely unreliable scheduler. Not only has she disregarded phone calls when guests were to arrive within 45 min and the cleaner had not shown up yet, she has the audacity to blame the customer when the timeframe was communicated weeks in advance. And that is the other issue, that she has to be reminded that with Airbnb guests, your cleaners don't just get to come whenever, there is a specific timeframe between bookings to get things done. Again, if you have an Airbnb, this is NOT the service to book with. They will make you panic, be consistently unreliable, and ignore your phone calls when you are trying to figure out if your 1,500sq ft home will be cleaned or not 45 min prior to a guest arrival. DO NOT USE THEM!"
