"I had very high hopes for these guys! I ordered a $400 deep clean before my in laws visited. I asked them to focus on the door frames, window sills, bath tubs, and cabinets. They said they would do these plus the usual things. They sent me a before/after photo of a couple frames and sills which looked great! But when I got back home, I realized that that was literally the only things they cleaned! They didn't even go a general clean of the rest of the house. Toys everywhere, everything still as grimy as I left it. I'm so embarrassed that I got taken for a ride here! I would pay another $400 to undo choosing these guys, and pick another company. I thought that maybe this was a new cleaner that was taking advantage of the company, but when I reached out and sent evidence, they used the fact that I had said the photos looked good against me, and offered...a $20 refund."
