"I usually don't write reviews but my experience thus far have been so unpleasant that I need to share it with others so you don't have to go through what I went through. Called them for a move-in cleaning. Went with them not because they were the most affordable but because they were able to schedule us in the next day. The cleaner showed up between 8-10 am as they said, but somehow left at 12:34 pm without notifying us. I only noticed he had left via our cameras. Reached out to the scheduler and was told they needed more steam mop supplies and will return tomorrow. We had just installed brand new hardwood and he used a steam mop and left water and streaks throughout our hardwood. Never spent the time to dry or soaked up the excess water. The worst part is he returned to our vacant house the same evening, not through the front door but rather a side door that was left unlocked at 7:30 pm at night to "clean" our house. We had already moved many of our valuables into our new house and there was plenty of things to take. I noticed a person in our cameras and called 911. The police came and he said he was our cleaner and was there to clean. We were never notified of his return and have no idea why our indoor cameras were unplugged. We had quite a scare and asked the officer to escort him off of our property. It's absolutely unprofessional in so many unspeakable ways. I would never use their services again and do not recommend anyone else to either. Unless you want to be burglarized like us. It's unbelievable!"

"Absolutely terrible!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I could have cleaned my house better with a sock and some spit. We got the “deep clean” that’s supposed to have your home “back to its original glory” total lie!! This is the list of some of the things the cleaner is supposed to do according to their website and an (X) a completed task -Disinfest and mop all floors (_) -Dust and wipe hard-to-reach surfaces (_) -Vacuum cushions and other furniture parts (X) -Wipe photo and artwork frames (_) -Dust under and around electronic (_) Those are supposed to be in addition to a regular cleaning. My floors had visible dirt and muck on them (in every single room), my counter and faucets were left with spots on them (that I wiped off with a wet finger so they weren’t hard to clean), my cabinets had not been touched, none of my shelves were dusted, my stove backsplash had spots from cooking and my appliances were not cleaned, which the cleaner said she couldn’t reach my microwave so she didn’t do it….. despite having brought a step ladder. We organized and straightened our entire home so there was absolutely zero clutter she had to work around. My spouse just had surgery and wasn’t able to help with the cleaning/children so it got more out of hand than is typical. This was supposed to be a nice reset but was instead a giant headache and disappointment. I 100% do not recommend. Just splash some water around your floors and save yourself the $400+"

"I purchased a move out cleaning special with this company. I was told if I was unhappy with the services they could return same day, which was very important to me as I scheduled it for the last day. If I was told it may take more than same day I could have and would have scheduled it before hand. Upon finishing, the house was only marginally cleaner, dirty water was left all over the floor, the floors were sticky to my shoes, dirty water was used to clean the cabinets and they were left streaked, dirt left in all of the corners, windowsills just wiped along the top but not dust/dirt removed, dishwasher left dirty, no light switches touched. When I called to ask how we can get this resolved (last day in the apartment and 390 dollar hold on my bank account) they said they would try and find someone to come back out that day. Our start time was 9AM that day. I asked if they couldn’t get someone out same day to let me know right away so I could cancel my work shift and clean it myself but they assured me they could arrive to finish the job at 7pm. Just before 7pm I was told they couldn’t make it but could return tomorrow. I would have to coordinate with the landlord beyond that day and it was after working hours. I asked them when they could return the following day to try and coordinate but didn’t hear back until the morning, a couple hours before they showed up without confirmation, putting another 300+ dollar hold on my bank account (a total now of almost 800 dollars and a dirty house) without permission. My money has been returned but the whole situation was extremely unprofessional and I would never utilize this company for a service again as it is important to me for a job to get done right the first time. I was later told the employee had a family emergency which is heartbreaking, I hope they are okay and I hope the company works to have a management staff that supports their employees when emergencies arrive so that they are supported and the business still runs."
