"Facility was fantastic after renovation. New machines, flooring, bathroom ect all new. Erodes further every week I come here. Very dirty floor, appliances, gum in every dryer, soap chunks in soap dispensers and all washers stink very badly. So sad to see what seemed to be a very nice and clean laundromat decline so rapidly. Having employees do a wipe down, internal machine cleaning every evening along with frequent sweeping and mopping of floor would go a long way."

"I usually go to Bay Street to do laundry at Mrs. Sparkles. I also usually have a great time; but yesterday was bad. People moved my laundry around, I got threatened for correcting them and I swear, I won't be going back. My personal space was non existent as foreign people were in my face, wanting my dang washer before it even stopped. Kids running around knocking my stuff over and a counter person that didn't have a clue about acting professional. It is way overpriced, filthy and packed. Never going back. I would rather drive to Bremerton, where I know what to expect. The place is a messy joke! Boycott! That is all.."

"Have been coming here for few months now. Initially I was very impressed with remodel and new machines. Cleanliness is super important and at first this place was near spotless. Not so much anymore. Floor is disgusting, brand new machines are dirty and stink. Bathroom has been out of order 4 weeks in a row. I understand high traffic makes things little dirty but you can tell they aren't cleaning the floor for days. Its really too bad I used this facility before remodel and decided to go elsewhere due to how dirty it was under prior ownership...looks like new owners are letting this place go as well...sad it was so nice at first. Probably gonna go elsewhere. I spend $80 weekly to do laundry feel like money would be better spent on a cleaner laundromat with working bathrooms..too bad"

"Excessive sulphur in the water. Clothes will smell like sulphur and at times the smell is overpowering inside the buiding. Used this place 8xs now....same result. They have issues with water and plumbing and unfortunately its ruining their business. Sorry but we cant keep using the laundry to get stinky clothes as a result. They could do something about it but thats an expensive investment. Your clothes will smell bad no matter what you do....once the hot fresh laundry smell dissappears from the dryer....you can smell it coming out of wherever you put the laundry,dresser, backpack,suitcase....wherever the laundry is placed. Never had this problem until switched from Tacoma laundrymat and unfortunately will have to go back there instead. Hopefully a good vinegar wash will remove the smell because if it doesnt were likely going to have to ask ownership for replacement of nearly all of our laundry and its easy to prove. Nice place....appreciate the clean and new equipment. We were really grateful of the new facility and happy to see it under new ownership because its closer and has newer machines,but that sulphur smell undermines the purpose of doing laundry to begin with."
