"Nothing but positive things to say. He provided service on two houses for window and screen cleaning, inside and out on one. One house had overspray from painting - it didn't bother me as you had to stand within a foot of the window to see it. He discovered this after cleaning some of the widows, and without asking went over the windows again scraping the paint off both thoroughly and carefully, then rewashed them. I asked to pay for this added service after he completed, he declined, only after my offer to pay did he note it is typically an added service he would offer for a fee (I would too - it's quite a bit of time). He went above and beyond - so very lucky to have found his services. The screen washing was incredibly easy, he offered to remove them from a tenants house - though I had already done this. He even offered to replace them. I insisted not after the time he spent cleaning the windows, I was happy to take this task on myself. The end product on screens and windows was beyond perfect for me. I encourage the readers to think about perfect, the definition is different for us all - relay your expectations before hiring, it's that simple. I cannot relate to any of the negative comments at all. I also recommend as LGBT friendly. I don't say this to indicate this as something they may advertise or openly embrace (or not something I noticed if they do). However, I did note his disposition to me (a man) was not changed when mentioned in passing "my husband", I try to avoid this due concerns of contractors having a bias or treating me differently (it's happened many times previously). Not the case here at all, conversation and service didn't skip a beat. Phenomenal job, customer service, and overall experience! I highly recommend."

"I have used Pinnacle windows for years to yearly clean my home windows. The previous owners did an amazing job. The company was bought and now has a new owner. The cleaning quality was not like the previous owners. The window tracks were not wiped down, multiple windows were not cleaned well, multiple window screens not put back on the windows. Their new washing mechanism used on the outside windows made a mess under my decking. The new owners raised prices on scheduled work without sharing changes prior to starting my job. I would not recommend this company. They are expensive, did not perform quality work."
