"Shady owner, please go elsewhere. I paid $250 for the whole house but the individual that came to clean my house wanted to give me a different quote. Come to find out there is a lot more companies in the area that do better quality work at a lower price. When I tried to contact the owner for a receipt days after the work he ignored me. His truck said he accepts all forms of payment but I was forced to pay in cash or check which again more red flags. I left him numerous voicemails and texts but did not respond after I needed help. I tested contacting him a different number and immediately responded as he thought it was a new customer. Once this guy gets your money it's over and he won't follow up with you."

"I work for a property management company. One of our tenants got an ad from this company stated that the company had cleaned the carpets before. The tenant was about to move out so he contacted Best Clean to come clean the carpets. The company only accepted cash or certified funds for the work and charged our tenant MORE than our highly reputable vendor. The lease does require that the tenant get the carpets cleaned before move-out, which our tenant did. The carpets didn't look like they were professionally done, at least not to the level that we are use to. So, I called this company twice and got voice message both times. I left a voice message one time, but after I didn't hear anything the next day and it went straight to voice message again the second time, I decided to text. I asked for a receipt and was told "Yes. I can in a bit". I thought that they might just communicate via text, so no biggie. I sent the address. 6 hours later I had not received anything so I texted requesting confirmation that the company cleaned the property. I never received a response. The next day I called the tenant and asked him to contact the company to get the information. He called a little later and stated that he called and it went straight to voice message as well. He was very frustrated because he had no proof that he paid this person. In an effort to protect my tenant and make this company perform standard business practices I informed them via text that I will post a negative review if I did not get a receipt. I sent that at 10:27 am and was told 7 minutes later that the company would send an invoice after 4pm. That was YESTERDAY, still NO INVOICE. Also, in the ad they sent the tenant they LIED! We have managed this property since 2014 and have never used them to clean the carpets. Also, being that they have only had a business license since 2020 and the tenant has lived there since 2018, we can complete confirm that they lied. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are not cheaper or better quality then big name carpet companies in town. Also, the quality is poor and as you can see, their communication is HORRIBLE!!!!"
