"I used American Maid for close to a year and would keep using them if I didn’t move out of the area. Every person who came to my house did a stellar job! We live on a farm so our floors are always dirty. They cleaned my floors and sink like I have never seen. And several times two of them would work together. Plus they are incredibly pet friendly business. Got to support that! The only con remark I have is that I would have loved to have the same person every two weeks so I could get to know them better and have them benefit from extra tips as gifts. They work very hard. But I also understand individual schedules and how flexible they need to be"

"I had such a positive experience in hiring American Maid. I needed a deep cleaning appointment that involved removing interior latex paint from every surface of the house; wood molding, doors, cabinets, outlets, hardware, light fixtures - you name it. A crew of people showed up and in a day my house was presentable. Additionally, the crew were friendly and the management staff has done an incredible job with regard to communication and setting expectation on pricing along the way. I would definitely hire this company again!"

"We've always had a really great experience with American Maid. They are extremely thorough, and they get baseboards, window sills and blinds with their deep clean. They arrive on time and if they need extra time they always ask before just staying and charging you after the fact. Highly recommend."

"They keep asking me to leave a review. Fine. I ordered a deep clean (they call it a 5 star cleaning). It's pretty expensive and it's supposed to include a deep clean of every room which includes moving furniture. The whole shebang. Well, the cleaners were very kind, but when all was said and done none of my furniture was moved (even really simple stuff like... a cat scratcher...) and they'd chipped a chunk out of my wood floor. The only reason they're not getting two stars is because they gave me a discount for the awful service. Apparently they have people in training. Still, the damage to my wood floor is kind of sticking point to me, I can't stop thinking about how that happened. Perhaps you'll have a better time of it. Maybe I just got unlucky. Either way, they're not getting my service again."

"The cleaners did an incredible job. We had two main problems with our home. Mineral buildup from the water in the shower and toilets and a very poorly kept basement where our dogs usually are kept. The quality of work, kindness, and care they both showed as outstanding. We will keep using this company moving forward because of them."
