"Your prices are absolutely ridiculous. I paid 400$ for barley 20 mins of the “tax professionals” time who was also late 15 mins to my appointment. I was told at this appointment on April 20th, that I was pre approved for Washington states family tax credit. I ended up having to call them today and found out my application is still pending. It hasn’t even been approved yet. So to top it all off I got told false information. I have been using this services for the last 6/7 years. And this was by far the absolutely worst experience with you. I will no longer be using H and R block or any other company like this. You’ve finally pushed me to learned to do my own taxes."

"First of all, I booked an in-person appt online, then last minute was told I can only do a drop off. That was fine. 6 weeks later, I'm finally hearing from my tax pro. I called and sent her emails a couple of times, no response. She did call me back and I politely verbalized my frustrations. I was not rude or nasty at all. But Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, she became defensive, saying how they have lack of staffing and how overwhelmed she is working 10-11hrs/day etc. She was not sorry at all! I took my business somewhere else, where I can be treated with respect and in a professional manner. Not going back to this place again."
