"I usually use H&R Block to do my Taxes. I have for years. My work usually has me in different states which means I've used H&R offices in many different places. 2022 was the first year I used this particular H&R. This year (2023), I had planned on using them again. However, due to a voicemail I received from this office, this morning, I will never use this office or H&R again. I received a missed call this morning from this office and a voicemail. The voicemail stated "Hello Mr. C, I am...... (I forget her name). This is our fourth attempt to contact you. Because we are unable to reach you, we are cancelling your appointment for tomorrow. Please call us back to reschedule ". If they did call me four times, this is the first voicemail they have left me. Therefore, I was oblivious to their attempts to reach me. Regardless of their attempts, "I", scheduled this appointment just last week. Why are they calling me to confirm? Do they think I'm not capable of remembering an appointment I just set up 6 days ago? "I" set the appointment! So, does it not make since I would arrive at the date and time I chose? I originally set this specific date and time because it was my only availability to do my taxes. Now, because I didn't answer my phone to a number I didn't recognize, they cancel my appointment. They did not give me an opportunity to show up to my own appointment that I made. They just said, "we know you just made your appointment 6 days ago. We know you scheduled the appointment, not us. Unfortunately, we don't trust you to show up to the appointment that you scheduled, so we are going to cancel it". I've never had this problem with any previous H&R Block over the past years. Every year leading up to this year, I would just schedule an appointment, then show up to my appointment. Easy as that. For some reason, the H&R Block of Marysville Washington, wants to take the simplicity out of it. They want to harass and make false judgements about their customers ability to show up to an appointment that the customer made. I can't believe the woman stated that they tried to call me four times. "I" just made, my appointment, 6 days ago. Why are they harassing me? It's frustrating and annoying, especially since tomorrow was my only available day. I would have been at my appointment had they not cancelled it. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment for tomorrow, else where. Now, I will give my loyal service to this new venue."

"Yeah I went there for the first time ever to do my taxes for the first time ever. This girl Jennifer is super rude. She kept questioning me like If I was lying about what I put on my stuff and was very passive aggressive. I didn’t know I had to pay, not a big deal and she said “you think we do this for free” in a snarky tone. Never going back because whoever I talked to on the phone was the same exact way. Don’t recommend"
