"Get Smart Rat Solutions is the company you want to hire to solve your rodent or ant problem! We live out in the country and so we just thought it was the norm to have to live with mouse droppings around our house..in our kitchen cupboards and our bedroom closets! Well, I was wrong! I was at a family Christmas party and and I overheard someone say that they had had Get Smart Rat Solutions out to their house because they were dealing with mouse droppings. I listened in on their conversation and when they were done I asked Brandon about some things at our house. I told him we currently had an extermination company coming out quarterly because we had a bad ant problem, they had gotten it under control by spraying the exterior of our house. Brandon asked if we would be willing to give his company a try… and see if the ants and rodents would go away with the methods his company used. We decided to give his company a try. We called his wife Amber the next day to make an appointment. Amber was professional and pleasant to talk to and she got us in right away! Brandon was out later that week to do an thorough inspection of our house including taking cameras up into our attic and leaving them there for a week to see where the mice were running back and forth and into our kitchen cupboards. He also set up boxes with bait in them around the outside of our house and in different places around the inside of our house. He told us he would send someone back in about a week to check the boxes and refill them. He was so thorough and so informative! We leaned so much about rats, mice and ants than we ever knew or wanted to know! Our next visit was from Noah, Brandon’s son who also works for the company. Noah was very pleasant, a fast worker , but he was very efficient and was very knowledgeable and explained to us what was happening when we were surprised when he found all of the bait boxes empty! Noah filled the bait boxes back up again and explained how it worked again…because Brandon had done that a week ago, but of course we forgot! Noah didn’t get frustrated with us, but instead he took the time to explain what would happen and how the process works. Noah told us someone would be out in a few weeks to check the bait in the boxes. This time, Asher, Brandon’s oldest son, came out to help us. Asher also did an amazing job! It’s evident that these kids have listened and watched their dad and have a passion for what they do! Asher was in and out of here in no time! He changed out the bait, answered some of our questions…Asher was also very knowledgeable, which was nice! A few weeks after we noticed the mouse droppings had died down and the problems had gotten better! I then unfortunately noticed ants around our sink and shower in our bathrooms! I immediately called Brandon! He said that they were looking for water. He was on it and came out and took care of it! I told him that our old exterminator would spray around the perimeter of the house every 3 months. Brandon said that they should never be using any chemicals around or near your house. He said his company doesn’t use any chemicals to control pests. We haven’t seen 1 ant since he was out here to take care of the problem! We told Brandon back in December that we would give his company a try, we have since cancelled our old extermination company and we are saving $400 a year with our yearly contract that we have with Get Smart Rat Solutions! So, if you are looking for an honest company who is reliable, well priced, professional, family owned and run then I would say get smart and go with Get Smart Rat Solutions you won’t be disappointed!
