"After TWO disappointing experiences w/the local Port Townsend cleaners that mistakenly gave my mattress cover to another customer, then failed to clean lint from the seams, saying it "wasn't possible." I took this mattress cover, a table runner and two shirts to Good Impressions for cleaning. Not only did they do a spectacular job on all items, but as mentioned in previous reviews, the owner was genuinely courteous and friendly. The establishment was bright, airy and had no chemical odors whatsoever. Even though it is a good 45 min. drive from my home, I will continue to ALWAYS use this cleaners for my dry cleaning and/or laundry needs."

In addition to several winter sweaters, they cleaned slip covers for two chairs. They ran through the chair covers twice to ensure they met their standards and mine as well.
