"I called and scheduled my appointment, and he answered the phone in such a professional and timely manner. He told me the price and Iet me tell you, I was not expecting him to do as good of a job as he did. I had a rental property that had gotten trashed, I mean floors brown and stained and trash everywhere! I initially felt bad because I did not pick up the trash beforehand, but he assured me and picked it up anyway ( I tipped him for that )... After he was done with the job, the floors looked brand new! I was worried that I was going to have to replace the carpet, but he easily put another 3-5 years into that carpet with how clean he got it. At the end of the day service was 10/10, he also had a helper which was his daughter whom was an extremely hard worker 10/10, and the results were 10/10. "We had a very positive experience cleaning our carpet with Gary. They have a huge carpet cleaning machine mounted on their van, after connecting it with the water hose, that machine can generate hotwater/steam, they use that to thoroughly clean our carpet. Most of the stain and dirt are gone after their cleaning. Will come back again if needed."
