"We were looking for a reliable company to come clean our house every other week. We tried a few, and then a friend recommended CottageCare Seattle. We decided to give it a try. We weren't looking only for the cleaning part. We were looking for someone who will do a great job, for a reasonable price. We looked for someone with whom we will be able to communicate easily, express our needs, and provide feedback if need be. We were fortunate to get Sam, who always comes on time, with a good demeanor, and provides a consistent level of care for our house. We always get an email the day before cleaning to remind us that Sam will be coming the next day. Payment is easy, using our choice of payment, with no need for cash at all. All in all, we feel that CottageCare is the place to care for our family needs when it comes to cleaning our house. Lastly, Sean is very responsive, he answers all emails and texts pretty quickly, so we are always aware of what's coming up."
