"This branch is awesome. The manager is sweet as can be, and is always so helpful and intuitive. Once I was going on vacation, told the manager I was going tomorrow just because I usually chat a bit more there than on would on the usual bank visit, and she asked me if I wanted her put a travel notice on my account, so I didn't get flagged. I'm on a first name basis there these days, too, which tells me they all care. Also, this bank is pretty much always open, even on several holidays, which is really nice, even though I think they deserve some of the "bank holidays" here and there. :)"
