They do not make it large print it is the smallest print imaginable telling you that their so called Enrollment fee is the total of two withdrawal not including the fee for each withdrawal. So I did not know I paid over $2000 for this so called "Enrollment" fee now they are charging me to cancel the service. This is shameful, terrible business practices. Never again!"

"I have three accounts with AFTS. Interest on one is taxable and I get a 1099 for it. The other two are tax free and were managed fine for several years. Then they began to mail me a 1099 for one of the accounts. Despite multiple emails to Shirley the problem has not been resolved. On the second tax free interest note they neglected to send me any accounting for 2020. It is very frustrating. They tell me the 1099 is not sent to the IRS but on the 1099 it says in black and white that it goes to the IRS. Tried phoning. Got recording. Left another pleading message."

"Unless you get to speak with Sharon, the customer service is very poor. The accounting is confusing and the site is dated. At this time as I try to view my accounts, my browser warns me that their site is not secure. It's very concerning. 2/10/21 AFTS, you are lucky to have a GEM like Sharon. She warmly assisted me with information on several accounts which reignited my appreciation for her and because of HER, I have to add a star to my rating."
