"A very talented, kind, sweet young lady by the name of Jennifer made my hair look stunning for an event I'm going to tonight ."
"Absolutely LOVE Shay, she’s super nice and professional. Would visit her for any of my hair needs, EXCEPT perms. Love the girl, but she cannot do a perm. Would definitely recommend using someone else in the salon if you need one. Also, the bathroom kind of stinks. So, there’s that."
"I DO NOT recommend choosing this school to become licensed. The experience I have had with them was and still is unbelievably inconsistent and unprofessional. I enrolled in March of 2019, I had multiple instructors quit due to rough working schedules/environments. They went through 3 dean of students in the year I was there. Due to instructors constantly quitting or not showing up, we had no classes. Us students were getting hours but no education to do work on the floor which pushed out graduation dates. I was still in school during Covid-19 which happened after I had enrolled. There was no requirement to have a computer but during covid-19 they decided that we required a computer to complete "online course work". I did not have one so I was placed in "Unsatisfactory Status and probation". After Covid-19 when we were able to return in person, I returned, and was denied to come back. The staff was completely new again and they had another new dean of students. I was told to email the director of the school since they now had no record of me. I received no response to any of my emails or voicemails left. I tried to contact the owner and again, no luck. When I would go in to the school they told me I needed to "keep trying the director". I was then charged the FULL AMOUNT of tuition even though I only completed 50% and sent to collections not even 3 months later. I am still dealing with it to this day and had to file a dispute with FAFSA in hopes I can fight this. This school is a scam in my option and you are better 100% off receiving an education elsewhere."
"Was looking forward to a "Spa Pedicure" (what I made the appointment for) received a regular pedi. That was okay, except she did a piss poor job. Asked for short rounded nails, she left 3 of them angled and pointy, did not smooth the rough edges; did not exfoliate my feet; did not clean under my nails nor trim the inner edges. I have a couple of slightly ingrown nails she did not even touch. She did a minor job on the cuticles. She did give my legs a nice massage! The paint job is okay (painting toe nails has got to be difficult as they can be very small). Overall, very disappointed. Good thing I did not pay the price for what I had asked for."
