"Go in person. The online H &R Block app stinks bad. Wasted hours, calls, frustration, lots of cussing ( me). On the other hand. I've had no issues going in person. Have been very happy in the past so I thought try the online site again... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE YWO THIMBS DOWN."

"They tell you get money up to 3000 same day till after they send the request and then tell you it takes 24hrs to take effect. Been past 24hr still nothing I feel if they are going to use as a marketing tool they should do as they say not made you wait. If I knew this would've cooked elsewhere for free since I still have to wait plus $395 for a 20min prep service outrageously priced. Is give this place zero starts if it was possible."
