"Used to be a decent place to get your taxes done. However, my husband and I had the absolute worst experience with Brad this year. Not only was he awful and condescending, rude and dismissive to me (all I did was ask him to go over my taxes with me and explain a couple things), he also filed our taxes late and literally screamed at my husband over the phone. I realize tax season is busy, stressful to all... but my husband is an extremely busy professional, as am I. We had everything nicely organized and in a file. It was not a complicated task.
