"Horrendous. Diane was at the cutting counter. Asked to have a large piece of foam cut to two 30” pieces. She refused saying she could only cut to the full length, that was all. So I have a 60” piece of foam that I don’t have the tools to cut at home. I also asked for 2 x yard long pieces of fabric, she also refused to cut to the size requested, saying she wasn’t allowed to do it, only to the full length so I have 2 yards of fabric to cut in half myself at home. The sign says we’ll cut to any size. Apparently that’s a lie."

"This place has weird post apocalyptic vibes. Nothing is stocked or organized. Shelves nearly 90% empty. I wanted to shop in person but ended up buying off Amazon."

"My husband and I came into the store today in hopes to find some good Christmas clearance sales but I could not believe how horribly unkept and dirty the floors were in the entryway and throughout the store. The aisles looked like they have been ransacked and so many departments looked neglected and completely disorganized. I’ve read back through the reviews and it seems like something happened between the last 9 or 10 months since that’s when the reviews started going downhill. I did find a couple of good things on Christmas sales and the gal that was running the front register was very friendly and helpful. No sign of a manager or hardly any other staff. I didn’t want to complain because I could tell the gal that helped us was doing the best she could. There was the one security guard standing by the front registers that seemed completely zoned out. This will be last time I’ll be shopping there, I’d rather go to Hobby Lobby where they seem to care about their customers and actually selling stuff!"

"One of the employees asked if I was finding everything okay , yes of course, but I asked why are people following me around as if I'm stealing or something . She got snippy with me saying I had an attitude when I was talking normal while asking these questions the attitude did not come until she yelled SHES OUT I was simple asking why I was being followed and tried to explain I hadn't done anything wrong and that there was no attitude at all.. clearly she needs to fix her attitude. I won't be shopping there anymore 2 of the employees we're arguing back and I was only asking a question!!! Might wanna hire new employees"

"My wife loves going to Joann to get anything crafty! Today we are here for decorations for our daughter’s birthday. Pretty much every thing you could think of is here. The felt selection for our girls flower crown was perfect and we even found a paper trimmer to put the finishing touches on the invitations. Make sure you hunt for coupons though because they almost always have one for 40-50% off. Be careful when you get to the checkout aisle though because that’s where they keep all the chocolate treats!"
