"Staff is so nice and very helpful and responsive. The vet we saw Dr. Fraser is fantastic and very communicative about lab results etc. My cats loved her and were both very relaxed throughout the appointment which I absolutely did not expect. Glad to have established them as our vet here in Seattle. Recommend."
"Super friendly and helpful. Very good with my cat who isn't always the happiest to be at the vet. Very clear explanation of charges and great follow up."
"QAAC has been seeing all my pets through thick and thin since 2002, The founder of the clinic (can’t remember his name,) saw my animals until he retired. They have been my light, grace, kindness, honesty, open and real ever since I walked in that door in 2002, with a senior cat I rescued with cancer, Isaak. And he was treated with love and dignity. Along with Clover, Sage and Basil. Pure authenticity of care. And Dr. Salt has been incredible. She takes time with me and my companions and you feel her true love of animals and her work, not to mention the amazing techs and receptions. Five star."
"The staff here clearly care about their animals but the prices are substantially higher than most vets in the Seattle area. There is also some passive aggressiveness from staff, with tones that suggest you are somehow a bad pet owner for certain things (ex, my dog was a little overweight and the dr made a huge deal about how it would be hard on her legs, …she was really just two pounds overweight and is now down to a healthy size within a year.) When asked why my pet was not on simparica or similar preventative, they phrased it as “and what’s the health reason that she’s not on it?” in a condescending way. I said actually it’s financial, and they backed off a bit. I think the staff here are so used to rich clientele that they assume everyone falls under that category, and that if you’re not doing something for your pet it’s because you’re a bad owner or don’t care. We travelled across the city for this vet because of the excellent ratings but I don’t think we will be going back anymore. Would prefer a clinic with more understanding and empathy."
"I have been quite impressed with their reception and customer service staff. They are always helpful and timely with their communications either via text, email, or in person. One of the most well managed staff from a vet office I've encountered! In addition, all the staff I've met have been friendly and courteous which really makes a difference. Dr. Salt was also very patient and thoughtful with our first exam together. Happy that we are clients of this practice. Will be returning for my dog, Kitty's needs."
