"The vets at Seatown are phenomenal. Their messaging system can be a bit convoluted, requiring you to go through an app that sends SMSs and emails you can’t reply to, but the team is really responsive."

"Kind of Seatown for several years. As soon as Covid was over their service went to hell. There’s no communication amongst staff members and doctors, they do not communicate with clients properly. I asked multiple times to have my records sent to the new vet that we chose, and that Vet also called multiple times for records, and they still haven’t sent them! They sent us to timberline emergency clinic, and that clinic is a mess! I worked in emergency medicine for years, and that place is just as bad as Seatown. Avoid Timberline ER at all costs! I highly advised to avoid seatown vet until they can get their act together."
