On Bruce's first visit, he gave us good advice to wait and let our sink drain before he did any work to avoid charging us for anything unproductive. On the second visit, he did a thorough investigation of our problem and gave us an accurate estimate of how much and how long it would take to do the work. Given the severity of the problem, he worked his schedule around to get in quickly and finish on time, even with extra scope added to the project. In the end, we got a working kitchen back on time and on budget and are very satisfied customers!"

"Bruce was incredibly helpful! So lovely to work with him. He came out to see if there was a leak somewhere in the house's plumbing system. The SPU water bill was astronomically high so we wanted to see if there was a sneaky leak. Turns out that SPU read the enter wrong. They read a number that was mathematically impossible to on in a meter. Meters don't count backwards nor do they reset. So when we popped open the manhole cover to the meter we saw that it was reading a number LOWER than the bill. A mathematical impossibility. So we were reassured and didn't have to fix anything. Bruce went into great detail to explain how meters work and some of SPU's processes. Very helpful! Keeping his number in my phone because of his fast, thorough, knowledgeable, and professional service!"
