"Extremely unprofessional, I couldn’t get a hold of the technician, the automated phone provider is limited in terms of accessibility. Carlos messaged me 30 minutes after my 2 hour window to notify me that his “wheel blew out.” Meaning he wasn’t even going to arrive within the window. Sounds like he said that for his own convenience and had zero regard for the customer."
