"I have been bringing my 5 dogs here for the past 9 years. They have always been great up until this past year. I have this strong feeling that all they care about is money and not for the pet or client. My dog had an ear infection, I took him 3 times to treat it and every time I took him, I left paying $300 because they had to do labs every time and the infection never went away. I now take them to animal hospital of parkland and only charged me $100 and the infection went away after 2 weeks. I would recommend to find someone who truly cares for your pet."

"Dr. Haviland should be named Dr. Psycho or Dr. Loves to overcharge. Find a cheaper better clinic where they do not charge you for every single little thing just to make your pet feel better. Felt judged by their all white staff. There are better doctors and better clinics."

"The vet techs are engaged and very friendly. The vet we worked with here was recommending unnecessary treatments (opinions from other vets, not my own). Seemed like they were more focusing on making money than good care. Ended up paying $600 for a 20 min checkup with blood work and one routine vaccine. I would not recommend going to the this vet."
