"Really happy with the work Northwest Sewer Repair did for us. They were easy to work with. Communication was quick via both phone and email. They were quick with a (very competitive!) bid, and got the work done no-fuss. Everything was very laid back. This work was done for my own home, but as a realtor I'll happily be referring them to my clients if any of them need sewer work."
"We have a side sewer that serves three houses that are owned by our family. About five years ago, there was a root problem in the common six-inch line going to the street sewer. We called a local plumber, who cleaned out the roots and proposed a pipe lining solution to prevent further root problems. The pipe lining solution seemed risky and high priced, so we did not pursue that. We recently became aware of the trench-less sewer line replacement process that uses pipe bursting to pull continuous heavy polyethylene pipe into the space previously occupied by the old pipe. Shortly after that, two of our neighbors hired Ed at NW Sewer Repair to replace their side sewers. We got to see Ed and his crew perform the pipe-bursting process, and we were impressed by the process and their expertise. The price also seemed very reasonable. We hired Ed to do our job. For some time I had been worried about how to do it and how much it would cost, but his method seemed like the solution. Our job had some significant challenges that Ed handled with minimal complication. He quickly solved problems that probably would have stopped people with less experience. During the work, we were without sewer only a few hours at a time, and we always had a temporary connection most of the day and all night. We now have a new side sewer that is better and more durable than the old concrete one. We are completely satisfied with the quality and value of what we received, and we learned a lot. Our experience was very consistent with all of the positive reviews on this site. We highly recommend Ed and NW Sewer Repair."
"First I'd like to say THANK YOU to Ed and his crew! This was the most amazing service and quick response that I've ever experienced. I came home late Saturday night to find that sewage had backed up in my basement bathroom, shower and tub. I called Ed at 1am and he said no problem, he'd be over right away. Ed came over with his crew within an hour and saved the day. I was expecting a huge bill because it was the weekend and late night hours, but Ed gave me a better rate than I was quoted by a another company that I had used in the past. His crew did a great job and better yet cleaned up all the terrible mess. Wonderful customer service, quick, fair pricing and a real nice guy. I highly recommend Northwest Sewer Repair for all your sewer and plumbing needs.."
"Ed and his crew are prompt, professional, and their workmanship is top notch. Add to that an easy-going demeanor, *extremely* competitive pricing, attention to detail (and landscaping) and this is definitely the crew to have do your sewer repair work. We experienced a sewer pipe collapse the day after Thanksgiving, and we called Northwest Sewer for emergency services around 5 pm. Ed arrived in 30 minutes (30 minutes! on a holiday weekend!) to scope out the line, diagnose the problem, and present us with our options. We opted for a trenchless sewer line replacement, which only required three small holes in our yard and will last for decades. Ed came back with his crew on the next day (a Saturday) to start digging, jet out what could be salvaged of the existing line, and hook up a temporary sewer connection for us. From that point on, it was about a week until the work was completed (including some surprise degradation in other portions of the sewer line that couldn't be seen before holes were dug). We were never without a working sewer line connection for more than a few hours while Ed and his crew worked the job. They were sure to leave us with a fully-functional sewer every evening before they left Once finished with the installation of the new lines, Ed and his crew meticulously put back together the three small areas they disturbed during the process - including a retaining wall with some sizable stones. We now have a sewer line that will last us for decades (as in 5-6 decades!), and a yard that looks exactly like it did before any work was done. If I could give six stars to Ed and Northwest Sewer Repair, I wouldn't hesitate. I'm certainly telling all my friends to give Ed a call if they ever need sewer work done."
"My property management company uses NW Sewer Repair. I had Ed, the owner come out twice in the past few weeks to check out a clogged sewer. It ended up being a HUGE ball of roots in the pipe. Ed and his team fixed it up, made a nice clean out pipe for me and was on his way. He's a great guy and trustworthy to be at your residence. He was great with the dog and I'd highly recommend Ed and his team to anyone looking for a Plumber or Plumbing services."
