"I just wanted to share my feedback on the services performed over the past two days. Firstly, I was very impressed that your receptionist was quick to get me scheduled on the same day on short notice, she was very courteous and professional. Both plumbers arrived on time on both days, were very quick getting straight to the task at hand, and informative about proper maintenance, tips, etc. I've been a homeowner for 20 years and have had dozens of service contractors over that time, and I have to say - these gentlemen seemed genuinely enthusiastic and confident in their work! A rare trait these days. Conditions in my crawl space were not pleasant by any stretch. It's cramped and there was excessive dryer lint from improper repair by a competitor a while back. Not once did these guys complain about any of that, though I did as I had been down there myself a time or two. So thank you Trusted Plumbing and Heating to you and your team. I'll be calling you for all my future plumbing and heating needs."

"This company sent out 2 competent plumbers to clear a kitchen drain only to find out the pipes were corroded, installed improperly and needed to be replaced and the Shoddy work of the previous 'repair' corrected. These 2 gentlemen worked very hard to correct the previous damage and installed all new parts and stayed to trouble shoot the repair until they were satisfied their work was perfect. The men were courteous, able to explain clearly what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, how much it would cost and cleaned up the area afterward. I feel I received top service at a fair and solid price. I highly recommend Trusted Plumbing and Heating. Hire a company that will do the job Right the first time. "Trusted plumbing and heating is the absolute best!! We called them out around the holidays for what we thought was a minor fix. They came out same day and did a sewer scope. Turns out all of our concrete pipes were collapsed! Jim sent out his team to temporarily fix the problem for the holidays and within 1 week they came out and completely replaced all of our old concrete pipes! They are quick, efficient and so kind and caring! Forever grateful we found them. Will recommend over and over again!! Thanks guys!!"
